Warranty

REIGNE offer a free lifetime warranty on all of our jewellery against any manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes any wear and tear and/or negligence of the product subsequent to the purchase. Additionally, any repairs or work not performed by REIGNE will void the warranty.

To exercise the warranty, please contact us on +614 XXX XXX XXX or sales@reignejewellery.com so that we can organise an evaluation of the product. Please note that the shipping cost is not covered by our warranty, however, if we feel that the product post evaluation is a manufacturing defect, we will happily refund your shipping cost provided you supply the original shipping receipt.
