If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase made at REIGNE Jewellery, you may return, exchange or receive store credit for your item(s) within 7 days of receipt. Please note that any item(s) being returned should be in the same condition as at the time of sale and in its original packaging.

Upon receiving your returned piece, REIGNE’s Quality Assessment team will inspect the item, verifying the authenticity of the product. We will gladly accept and return any item(s) that are free from scratches, blemishes and sizing alterations. Items that have been customised for you or have been resized are not able to to be returned, which is why we will work with you to ensure you are completely happy with your custom pieces prior to final purchase.


REIGNE offers a 12-month warranty on all of our jewellery against any manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes any wear and tear and/or negligence of the product subsequent to your purchase. Additionally, any repairs or work not performed by REIGNE will void the warranty.
